Bienestar Youth Center

The Bienestar Youth Center is an extension of ICSI’s mental health advocacy efforts. The Center aims to assist youth and transitional youth in expanding their mental health knowledge through psychoeducation and ICSI’s community defined evidence practices, atencion plena (mindfulness) and platicas (healing circles).

The young group leaders are primarily composed of Latinx transitional youth from low-income communities that are diamonds in the rough.  These bright young individuals continue to flourish by polishing their skills and healing their hearts in order to heal their communities.
