Juan Carlos brings a background of experience in the evaluation of schools, colleges and universities, government entities, and nonprofit organizations.

Juan Carlos is inspired by the team at ICSI and their everyday commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of the community. This shared dedication drives his own passion for research and evaluation that uplifts people and strengthens programs.

Outside of his professional work, Juan Carlos enjoys spending time with his daughter, especially jetskiing together. He is also passionate about the outdoors and sports, including hiking, camping, biking, running, tennis, weightlifting, and swimming. He values humility and is deeply inspired by people who dedicate themselves to serving their community with passion and care.
