Cesar Casamayor Parraga

I am the program manager for the Xipe Totec Integral Youth Program. Casamayor is a community organizer with 15 years of experience working to improve youth empowerment and immigrant rights in Fresno. I am inspired by my life’s journey to brake cycles and live a positive life to reflect back to the youth that we can be successful no matter what our past has been or what life has given us. Casamayor grew up in NYC and practices the four elements of hip hop culture in his spare time.
