Angel Chavez (they/she), Youth Outreach

Angel is a passionate dual-major at Fresno City College, studying Dance and Drug & Alcohol Counseling with the aspiration of becoming a dance therapist. They founded the Here and Now Mindfulness Club on campus to create a supportive space where students can access mental health education, cultural healing, and mindfulness practices. As a community organizer with ICSI, Angel blends creativity with purpose, focusing on outreach and content creation to share resources and promote healing through mindfulness, art, and intentional connection. Committed to making holistic wellness accessible to all, Angel continues to uplift and empower others on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
