Overview
Pláticas y Atención Plena is a culturally-defined, evidence-informed framework developed by ICSI to support healing and resilience in Latinx and immigrant communities. Rooted in traditional pláticas (storytelling circles) and atención plena (mindfulness), this program blends cultural wisdom with contemporary therapeutic practices to foster self-awareness, belonging, and well-being.
