Guadalupe Ledesma, Case Manager
Guadalupe Ledesma recently joined Integral Community Solutions Institute (ICSI) as an Assertive Case Manager in the EPI-CAL Program, where she is part of a specialized team providing intensive, community-based care for individuals with severe mental health conditions. An Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Guadalupe was the first in her family to graduate from college, earning a B.A. in Psychology (1992) and an M.S. in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling (2000) from California State University, Fresno.
With over 25 years of experience, she brings expertise as a bilingual (Spanish/English) mental health professional, specializing in adolescent therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and family counseling. Guadalupe has worked extensively with Hispanic/Latinx communities, juvenile justice programs, and social service agencies, helping underserved families navigate barriers and access vital resources. She is a certified Functional Family Therapist, trained in CBT, trauma work, mindfulness, and brief therapy.
Passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care, Guadalupe is dedicated to empowering clients and strengthening support systems. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
